dressing up

I found this pretty dress...
I wanted to get a pretty dress to wear for my cousins wedding next week...
Only thing is, I'm not sure this is the perfect dress..
Its not really expensive, but since its so fancy, I don't know how often I'll wear it... (Other than my other cousins wedding in the fall...)
I hate making decisions...
