Sometimes, we get tired... Physically, mentally, emotionally exhausted.

What happens, when we just can't take on the world anymore?

The stress of school, friends, relationships, etc... piling up till it's all we can think about.

Sometimes it's short lived - a week of exams, upcoming performances... Or sometimes it drags on forever... A season...

Isn't that the time we need God most, when we're tired?

But sometimes... or a lot of the time... When we're physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted, we feel like we don't have energy for God. We don't have energy to worship. Or energy to pray. So we don't.

The speaker at Tehillah said something a few weeks ago, and I can't get it out of my head...

She said that sometimes, when she doesn't have the strength to pray... She can put on a worship CD, and let the words be her prayers, and allow the people singing to pray for her.

How cool is that?

I find myself constantly doing the same thing.
