Today Mom and Dad took the four younger kids to a friends house for 5 hours... Me, Sloan and Peyton stayed home... It was so quiet and peaceful... :)
First, we changed into comfy clothes, and I made lunch. (We had perogies* with hot dogs and onions... The girls don't like onions, so I had to eat them all :-)
After lunch, we watched half of a movie on T.V. and cleaned up lunch during commercials. Then we went to the park. Me and Sloan took our roller blades and Peyton took charter's scooter. Me and Sloan also brought runners.
When we got home from the park, we ate dessert (Nanaimo* bars and peanut butter marshmallow stuff) and watched the other half of our movie...
After our movie we played a game of skip-bo. I also made cookies, but that is another post for another day... (possibly tomorrow, so stay tuned :)
When mom and dad got home we went to church.
Now I am on the computer... Blogging.
** My spellcheck says that nanaimo and perogies are not words... But none of their suggestions work... **

ReplyDeleteYou can make your computer "learn spelling"... crazy how neither of those words are considered real words by default!!
